1. OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS: WEEM HAIR VITAMINS
“Doc, did you get a hair transplant since I last saw you?”
These were the words from one of my patients I hadn’t seen in three months, and all after taking WEEM for a few weeks!.
Hair vitamins have always been my preferred natural hair growth product. The truth is that shampoos, oils, and conditioners certainly work but you probably won’t notice a drastic difference.
These meet every criteria that a hair supplement should have, they are made up of biotin, folic acid, vitamin b and vitamin a with the right amount of dosage in each ingredient to provide results.
I started taking them over two years ago when I started to notice my hair got weaker than ever and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. That’s why WEEM is my first choice when it comes to helping my patients with their hair issues specially if its about breakage or thinning. At $25 a bottle they’re reasonably priced and for the quality they provide I’d say its a steal!
I’ve tried and tested over 20 different brands over the years, and I’ve never tried one that gives me as quick and effective results like these!
So, if you’ve been shedding as you’ve gotten older, started to notice your hair get weaker and duller, don’t walk, run to get yourself some WEEM!
These were the words from one of my patients I hadn’t seen in three months, and all after taking WEEM for a few weeks!.
There’s no doubt that for me, WEEM’s Hair gummies are the most effective hair vitamins out there for strong, full and shiny hair!
2. HIMS & HERS BIOTIN GUMMIES
With a delicious cherry flavor, and amazing ingredients Hims & Hers take my #2 spot on this list. They are gluten-free and have no artificial flavors. At just $12.99 they are the cheapest option of this list, but they did make my hair grow after a few months of use, however they take my #2 spot because it took longer to work than they promise.
Hims & Hers are a reliable brand, and their biotin gummies are a solid choice, specially if you’re not looking to make as big of an investment.
3. VEGAMOUR BIOTIN GUMMIES
Vegamour biotin gummies are a vegan hair supplement with stellar ingredients, although all of the supplements in this list are vegan aswell. They offer a good dosage of 5,000 mcg of biotin per serving. At $36 per bottle with 30 capsules, they are a bit on the more expensive side, however they’re effective and I noticed a difference more in my nails growth than in my hair.
Vegamour offer a clean, good option however they might be a bit overpriced and you can get even faster results with other options.
4. MARY RUTH’S HAIR, SKIN & NAILS
Mary Ruth’s is one of my favorite trusted supplement brands. Their hair, skin & nails gummies are no exception, however they make the #4 on my list because they have a bit of a low dosage of biotin with just 1,000 mcg. At $30 a bottle with 60 gummies they’re reasonably priced for the quality they offer.
They’re still a good choice and you will just have to wait longer and be patient to notice results.
Mary Ruth’s is always a good choice, their hair, skin & nails is a good choice.
5. MOON JUICE SUPER HAIR
Moon Juice super hair may cost a pretty penny at $60 however they do offer an interesting ingredient blend with ashwagandha which they argue is to release stress which can cause hair loss, this is true however the dosage of it isn’t enough to make a significant difference on your stress levels, you might as well take a separate ashwagandha supplement. They do offer biotin, vitamin a, folic acid and all the important ingredients we want to look for in a hair supplement. They made #5 on this list because I noticed good results, but I don’t think they should be more than double of the price of all the supplements in this list.
Moon Juice is a great, but definitely overpriced by adding unnecessary “trendy” ingredients.
